We reserve the absolute right to decline or terminate services at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a client's situation, representations, or conduct are not truthful or are inconsistent with the information provided to us.

Our services are available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

We treat all client communications, personal information, and case details with the utmost confidentiality. This commitment is fundamental to the trust our clients place in us.

Information shared with VERITAS will not be disclosed to third parties except: (a) as required by applicable law or court order, (b) with your explicit written consent, or (c) to trusted advisors operating under binding confidentiality agreements in furtherance of your case.

Our confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement.

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times. Incomplete or misleading information may compromise the quality and effectiveness of our services.

You are responsible for cooperating with our advisors in good faith, making timely decisions when required, and for any actions or decisions made based on the guidance provided.

Service fees are communicated transparently prior to engagement and are subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements. Fee structures may vary based on the nature, complexity, and scope of services required.

All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Payment terms, schedules, and accepted methods will be specified in your service agreement.

All content, materials, methodologies, strategic frameworks, and proprietary processes developed or utilised by VERITAS remain our exclusive intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any VERITAS materials without our express written permission.

VERITAS provides advisory and support services only. While we strive for the highest quality outcomes, we do not and cannot guarantee specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VERITAS, its advisors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services, regardless of the theory of liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VERITAS, its advisors, partners, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Termination shall not affect any obligations or rights that have accrued prior to the termination date.

Upon termination, all obligations regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through confidential arbitration, unless both parties agree to an alternative resolution mechanism.

VERITAS reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or direct notification. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
